Review : Fantastic headphones, after some breaking-in
SOUND:
When I first listened to these headphones, I thought they were absolutely awful. But after breaking them in for around four hours, they are superb for the price. I used various bands and artists to break them in, each playing at roughly 3/4 volume. I started off using very bass heavy bands such as A Day to Remember and Falling in Reverse, then switched to much more mid/treble heavy music, Frank Sinatra. After around two hours of ADTR and Falling In Reverse, the bass notes became very clear. Not overburdening either, but very crisp and clear. However, the treble became nearly nonexistant. So for the final two hours, I switched to Sinatra. this evened out the EQ and made the headphones near-perfect. It's also important to let your headphones rest for an hour or two after breaking them in. Be sure to use various genres of music also, to be sure you get a nice, even sound. After breaking them in, I would give the sounds quality of these headphones a solid 4/5.
